Fresh Petal Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on all of our fresh rose petals! To ensure maximum freshness, order early as all of our flowers and rose petals are shipped to you via express courier service to be delivered on the delivery date that you select. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of just $19.99 for your entire order no matter how large.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh cut flowers, we ship every order via express carrier. It is your decision to choose the best delivery date for your situation, we suggest that you choose a date approximately 2-3 days before your event. Please allow some cushion in your schedule in the unlikely case that your shipment is delayed by the carrier or an "act of God". Delivery dates available are Tuesday through Friday. Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge. We ship our products anywhere within the Continental United States. Please call to confirm additional shipping charges for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to Canada is not available at this time. Fresh Petal is required to collect sales tax if your recipient's address is in the state of California.

Please make sure that you provide us with a correct and complete address where you or the recipient will be between 8am and 7pm on the day of delivery. If the address is not complete, there will be an additional charge of $10 to make an address correction on orders en route. Also, we require a telephone number for the recipient in case they need to be contacted for further delivery instructions. In most cases, we tell the carrier to release the shipment without requiring a signature but it is up to the driver to decide whether to leave the package if no one is there to receive it.
