Fresh Petal Shipping Policy
To ensure maximum freshness, all of our flowers are shipped to you via overnight carrier to be delivered on the delivery date that you select. We offer free shipping on our wedding flower packages, and fund-raiser packages and all orders over $400.00. For all other orders, please refer to the chart below.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh cut flowers, we ship every order via overnight carrier. It is your decision to choose the best delivery date for your situation, we suggest that you choose a date approximately 2-3 days before your event. Keep in mind that overnight carriers are not 100% in on time delivery and you should allow some cushion in your schedule in the unlikely case that your shipment is delayed. Delivery dates available are Tuesday through Friday. Saturday delivery is available for an additional $15.00. In most areas, using priority overnight delivery means that the flowers will be delivered by noon. In some rural areas, using priority overnight delivery still means that the flowers will be delivered by end of day. We ship our products anywhere within the Continental United States. Please call to confirm additional shipping charges for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to Canada is not available at this time. Fresh Petal is required to collect sales tax if your recipient's mailing address is in the state of California (8.25%).
Please make sure that you provide us with an address where you or the recipient will be between 9am and 5pm on the day of delivery. Please be sure that the complete address is supplied, there will be an additional charge of $10 to make an address correction on orders en route. Also, we require a telephone number for the recipient in case they need to be contacted for further delivery instructions. In most cases, we tell the carrier to release the shipment without requiring a signature but it is up to the driver to decide whether to leave the package if no one is there to receive it. Fresh Petal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, damage to the products as a result of being left in inclement weather, carrier delays, delays as a result of Customs and Agricultural inspections, or other natural acts.
