Fresh Petal Freshness Guarantee

We offer our 100% freshness guarantee that our flowers will arrive fresh and ready to use or we will replace them at no charge. It is very important to us that our customers are happy with their purchase and we promise to do our best to help ensure your complete satisfaction.

We have been shipping flowers for more than 10 years to destinations all over the US and take great care to ship only high quality flowers. Our packers are trained to make sure the flowers are packed well in insulated boxes with ice so that they arrive in the best possible form. Our flowers are shipped fresh and in the flower's bud stage but they will need to be re-hydrated upon arrival. Please follow our care and handling instructions and read thoroughly our shipping policy.

Because flowers are a natural product and demonstrate variations in color and imperfections including spots or tears, our 100% Freshness Guarantee does not guarantee that every stem will be the same and free of imperfections. It is very possible that there may be stems that you will not include in your final arrangements as part of the preparation and design process. As you work with your flowers, and trim away the leaves, stems and extra greenery, you will probably toss out or break a few stems. As is standard in the cut flower industry, flower professionals will round up their required stem count when ordering to allow for this. We encourage you to keep this in mind when figuring out how many flowers to order.

In the event that you have experienced a quality issue, we require notification within 24 hours of receipt. To help us best respond to your situation, we asked that you contact us both by email and by telephone. Based on each individual situation we will either replace the damaged product or offer a refund on the damaged product. Digital photos of the damaged product may also be required.

Cancellation Procedure
If you have to cancel your order, we require notification 7 business days before your scheduled delivery date. If you wish to cancel your freshrosepetals.com order please send an e-mail to info@freshrosepetals.com, with the subject heading CANCEL. Please type your order number along with your name and scheduled delivery date in the body of the email. You will receive an email notice verifying cancellation of your order within 48 hours. Fresh Petal will refund the total minus a $20 cancellation processing fee.

Changes to an order
If you would like to change your flower order, we require notification 7 business days prior to scheduled delivery date. We will make every effort to make the requested changes to your order.
